Anything 2-5 pounds will most likely ship via usps priority mail or parcel select provided they are within measurements. Anything over 5 pounds with larger measurement will be shipped via UPS. With that in mind, we will do our best to repair or exchange the item sent back to us in good faith. For returns made 14 days from date of purchase, payment will be refunded less shipping and handling and up to a 15% restocking fee, if a refund is wanted. The item has to be complete in order to receive a refund. If an item is found defective within 14 days, the customer does not have to pay the restocking fees to receive the replacement unit or refund.
