2008 Nissan Xterra AM FM 6 disc CD radio receiver by Rockford Fosgate. Missing right knob, easy to swap with yours they simply pull off. Outer case is Rusty unit was still working. Failure to do this will result in a unit that will most likely not match up to your vehicle and will not function properly.
